1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing, or using any Shell7777 service via shell7777.pro or our official mobile app, you agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions set out in this document. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and Shell7777 as the platform operator.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are required to refrain from registering or to cease using the Shell7777 platform immediately. Shell7777 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise these Terms at any time with reasonable notice to members.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the Shell7777 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years and above at the time of registration.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• Representing yourself only — not on behalf of another person or corporate entity.
• Not listed on the Self-Exclusion list or any active gaming limit programme.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at Shell7777. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

3Account Management

• Report to the Shell7777 team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Shell7777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account suspected of unauthorised access while an investigation is conducted, in order to protect the interests of the member concerned.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at Shell7777 are subject to the following limits and conditions:

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.
• Shell7777 does not accept deposits from third parties or accounts not belonging to the member.
• Successfully processed deposits cannot be reversed except with Shell7777's approval.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to the same payment method used for the deposit (same-source policy).
• The KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Processing time: 1–3 business days depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
• Shell7777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.

5Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by Shell7777 are subject to wagering requirements and other specific conditions stated in the terms of each respective promotion. Accepting any bonus constitutes your agreement to those conditions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Shell7777 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including exploiting system vulnerabilities or arbitrage betting strategies, is strictly prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Members who open multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly will face enforcement action, including forfeiture of all wins and bonuses.
• All bonus validity periods are as stated in the respective promotion. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the Shell7777 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent body to ensure fairness and unpredictability in every round. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is as stated by the respective game provider.

Shell7777 acts solely as a platform operator and is not responsible for the technical outcomes of games supplied by third-party providers. In the event of a discrepancy between game results displayed on the Shell7777 platform and those recorded by the provider's server, the provider's server records shall be considered final.

• Minimum and maximum bets for each game are as specified within the respective game.
• Shell7777 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to technical or human error.

7Prohibited Behaviour

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Shell7777 platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Use of false identities or forged identification documents.
• Any form of money laundering through the Shell7777 platform.
• Attempting to access or modify the platform's source code through hacking methods.
• Misuse of customer support through false or misleading complaints.
• Opening an account on behalf of another person or allowing others to use your account.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Shell7777 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request from the relevant authorities.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting the Shell7777 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant investigations have been completed, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

• Account closure requests will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• If an account is closed due to a violation, balances associated with the offending activity may not be eligible for withdrawal.
• Members whose accounts have been closed due to fraud are not permitted to re-register at Shell7777.

9Shell7777 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shell7777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from gaming.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond Shell7777's control.
• Data loss due to device failure or user connectivity issues.
• Unauthorised third-party access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

However, this limitation of liability does not diminish the rights of users protected under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

10Privacy Policy & Data Protection

11Responsible Gaming
